:-/boy, I don't know bouts mo' skqirllies.......he be a looonng way from done, but I did score me a 1/24 VW deadcaster drag bug fer future clanging about on the bench.

good ting ye be a likin' the wooden one, coz it, Granny's Trannys parts chaser is comin' alongs mucho groovy. gonna be totally scratchin a 25 T 5window coupe body fer it, and am in the process of scratchin' the front beam axle and leafy spring 'n etcs. Hopefuellie pics soonly once I gets back up to the libary coz I caints be postin pics wiff my computer

totally scratched front beamy axle with tabs 'welded' on fer the scratched leafs


seeing how the big beamy looks on Granny's custom woody frame


started out as a highboyish kinda ride, but Granny seen Gramps stash of Ts and liked this here body style, so..........

hmmmmmmmm..... wee wittle pics........ if'n I didn't hafta get to beddy bye, I'd redo this heres, but tomorrow is not today, so how's can it be 'another' day? anybod know what I means?

Hey Big Joe! Dat dere frame is made outa pine. Took a piece of 1x6 (I thinnk) and layed out the shape on it, ran it thru my table saw to split the two halves, then whacked it out on the band saw


gettin' ready to rip on Granny's frame

Here's where we is at the moments

Took a hunka 1/4" plastic tubers, heated it up & bent it to shapes, filed it to fit, then drilled some holes to drive some 'pins' thru the frame rails into the open ends of the tuber.....

and here she sits, waiting for me to get back at it, fab up some hangers to 'weld' to that big ol' bent tuber.....

Well, Praise the Lord! looky thar! BIG honkin' pix!!! always goodlies to be doin' what the boss man say! T'anks Big Joe!!!

Getting a little more done fer Granny's parts chasin' T rod, a little at a time.........


Fabbed her up a hanger fer her scratchy front axles


Hanger in place and first 'welds' applied


Borrowed one of Granny's BIG clothespins and clamped her axe to hanger for fits


Drilled some holes and gived it a try with some spare bolts.....gotta truck on over to me LHS fer some more better fittin bolts
